The modeling process can be done by human or machine. For casting the art we recommend our sculptors with academic degree in art and long experience in practise. For industrial parts we recommend using 3D printing technology with high resolution, coupled with 3D scanner or computer drawing.
3D Printing
3D printing technology allows us to cast prototypes with complicated shapes, achieving high precision and good quality of casts in a short time. This technology is also known as rapid prototyping.
Casting
Making the mold
We make molds using different methods adapted to customers needs.The mold must provide good surface quality and resistance to high casting temperature. Some of the most commonly used method is making the ceramic shell with different techniques.
Simulation
The simulation of the casting process helps us to find error spots in filling the mold and the solidification of the part. Solidification simulation will verify the component geometry, the cooling processes of die-cast form, and find optimum mold temperature. By analysis, wall thickness and material collections are optimized.
Casting
Casting process includes chemical controlling of the molten metal, temperature measurement, preparing of the mold for casting, and at the and - pouring the metal into the mold.
Surface Finishes & Plating
Some common metal finishes include paint, lacquer, ceramic coatings, and other surface treatments. External surface plating is applied to components if the parts require a decorative finish or corrosion resistance.
